Ryan grew up in Chicago’s north shore neighborhood, Winnetka, where she now resides with her husband, two children and beagle. After spending her twenties in the sales and marketing fields, she made a major career change and took up investment real estate and design in 2015, a job that she was most passionate about. Since 2015 she has remodeled over 20 homes. Ryan holds a BA in communications for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management and became a licensed Realtor in 2017. 

Ryan’s unique background makes her an expert in home renovations, interior design as well as project and budget management. She brings with her a vast network of contractors and suppliers that she has personally vetted and fit into a range of budgets.
